The idea of the workshops is to focus on a small group number (approximately 4-6 people). There can 2-3 groups in a day (3 x hours per group) and develop material that can be performed at the end of the third and final day. The ratio is one teacher to one group so they receive the full attention and focused tuition throughout the course. The idea is to help realise both musical and performance skills throughout. On the third day pupils are also given the opportunity to present solo ideas which can be added to the showcase performance which is open to family and friends.
